Skills catalogue.

Every Claude skill currently available to the DTTT team, organised by family. Each entry covers what the skill does, what triggers it, the references inside it, and how it relates to others. The source of truth — when a skill ships, updates or is deprecated, this page is where the change lands first.

Advisory & proposal

The skills behind every client-facing advisory artefact. Design system, credits architecture, and three proposal patterns covering project-anchored memberships, fixed-scope strategy work, and pre-RFP concept papers.

dttt-advisory-design-system
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-advisory-design-system/
Live

Visual system, components, voice and composition for any client-facing advisory artefact. The substrate every proposal, microsite, report or deck draws from.

Triggers on
advisory report, engagement microsite, advisory deck, advisory proposal, member-facing document — anything carrying the DTTT Advisory mark.
Relationships
Foundation for dttt-advisory-proposal, dttt-strategy-proposal, dttt-pre-rfp-concept. Tone rules align with dttt-content-style.

dttt-advisory-credits
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-advisory-credits/
Live

Calculate, log and report on DTTT advisory work using the credits architecture. Covers Advisory Credits (banded E to A), Session Credits, and Not Deductible activity. The operational backbone of the advisory practice.

Triggers on
"how long did we spend", "calculate the credits", "log this engagement", "what band is this work", "how many credits should this cost", "update the dashboard", any Milestone Update requiring credits figures.
Relationships
Calls dttt-engagement-pdf for PDF production. References dttt-page-design for dashboard styling. Replaces advisory-hours (deprecated). Writes to the CRM at appLkX81B97Aunjxm.
Key sections
  • The two credit pools (Advisory, Session) plus Not Deductible activity
  • The five Advisory bands — E·Executive 150/hr, D·Senior 120/hr, C·Standard 100/hr, B·Specialist 80/hr, A·Production 60/hr
  • Full Activity Type menu with bands and session items
  • Airtable schema and field IDs (Members, Advisory Ledger, Work Blocks, Activity Types)
  • Activity Type record IDs for direct linking
  • Work identification and propose-then-approve workflow (Step 2)
  • Hours calculation with transcript analysis, two-hour gap rule, doc metadata (Step 3)
  • Logging to Airtable with band attribution (Step 5)
  • Balance confirmation at Member level (Step 6)
  • Client dashboard production (Step 7) and PDF engagement report (Step 8)
dttt-advisory-proposal
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-advisory-proposal/
Live

Produce a project-anchored advisory proposal at the €9,995 Advisory Membership level. The canonical pattern: seven sections, credits architecture, deployed as a slug-routed HTML page.

Triggers on
"draft an advisory proposal", "write up the proposal for [client]'s [project]", "advisory membership proposal".
Pattern fits when
  • Engagement is project-anchored (one named initiative)
  • Commercial structure is Advisory Membership (€9,995, or 2 × €19,990)
  • Client benefits from membership benefits across the year
  • 90-hour pool at Band C is the right shape
10-step workflow
  • 01 · Confirm pattern fits (or route to strategy-proposal / pre-rfp-concept)
  • 02 · Source context (transcripts, materials, BD docs, CRM)
  • 03 · Confirm commercial structure (single, two parallel, or pro-rata)
  • 04 · Draft seven sections (Understanding, Approach, Scope, Programme, Tooling, Investment, Next Steps)
  • 05 · Build example credit balance sheet tailored to engagement profile
  • 06 · Set deployment metadata (slug, title, description, version)
  • 07 · Generate HTML from canonical v20 template
  • 08 · Tone audit against settlement rules
  • 09 · Iterate with version bumps
  • 10 · Ship to /mnt/user-data/outputs/{slug}/
Relationships
Delegates visual specifics to dttt-advisory-design-system. Uses dttt-advisory-credits for commercial mechanism. Tone rules from dttt-content-style.
dttt-leadership-model-proposal
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-leadership-model-proposal/
Live
Produce a procurement-aware, multi-tier, co-funded AI Leadership Model proposal for a national tourism organisation, regional destination body or sector lead. The fourth proposal pattern: a foundation funder funds the foundation level; a network of partners co-funds participation. Canonical reference is the Visit England proposal (v19, May 2026).
Triggers on
"AI Leadership Model proposal", "leadership programme proposal for [NTO]", "draft an AI Leadership proposal for Visit [country]", "national AI framework proposal", "co-funded subsidised programme proposal".
Pattern fits when
  • Single foundation funder — a national tourism body, regional government, or sector lead with budget authority
  • Network of participating organisations who co-fund participation (regional DMOs, member organisations, operators)
  • Work is infrastructural — DTTT building something the network benefits from
  • Proposal must be procurement-aware; procurement thresholds shape pricing structure
  • Duration at least 12 months — programme-shaped, not project-shaped
  • Pricing benefits from being multi-tier; different participants pay different amounts
Key sections
  • Step 1 · Confirm pattern fits — six criteria checklist with routing to sibling skills
  • Step 2 · Source context — standard context plus procurement thresholds, network shape, national positioning
  • Step 3 · Commercial structure — three variants (single programme, phased, two-offer landing)
  • Step 4 · Seven proposal sections with Leadership Model adaptations
  • Steps 5–10 · Credits, metadata, HTML generation, tone audit, iteration, ship
  • Step 11 · Iteration discipline — read all feedback before touching code
  • Replication checklist — adapting Visit England to other markets
  • Glossary — LVEP, DMO, NTO, Interface, Ambassadors, Champions and more
Relationships
Draws on dttt-advisory-design-system (v20 visual system; references 03 and 06 carry Leadership Model component additions). Voice rules from dttt-content-style. Credits component via dttt-advisory-credits. Switch to dttt-advisory-proposal for project-anchored work; dttt-strategy-proposal for fixed-scope single funder; dttt-pre-rfp-concept for exploratory.
dttt-strategy-proposal
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-strategy-proposal/
Sketch Live

Strategy proposals for organisation-wide work, fixed-scope projects, or engagements where Advisory Membership isn't the right commercial framing. Status: operational sketch — patterns will deepen against the first real strategy proposal.

Triggers on
"draft a strategy proposal", "fixed-scope consulting proposal", "organisation-wide strategy work".
Pattern fits when
  • Engagement is organisation-wide rather than project-anchored
  • Client wants fixed-price, fixed-scope commitment
  • Deliverables defined upfront
  • Clear endpoint (3–6 months, not rolling annual)
  • Commercial value above or below €9,995 by meaningful margin
Key differences from advisory-proposal
  • Section 03 lists concrete deliverables, not tabbed layers
  • Section 04 uses milestones with dates, not phases with tabs
  • Section 05 replaces Tooling with Team
  • Section 06 uses fixed-fee or day-rate cards, no credits architecture
  • Tone shifts from "annual partnership" to "scoped engagement"
dttt-pre-rfp-concept
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-pre-rfp-concept/
Sketch Live

Pre-RFP concept documents that help clients shape what they're asking for before any procurement commitment. Conditional voice throughout — confidence in thinking, appropriate uncertainty about commitments.

Triggers on
"pre-RFP concept", "concept document", "early-stage proposal", "think-piece for [client]", "exploratory document".
Pattern fits when
  • Client is early-stage, hasn't agreed scope, hasn't issued an RFP
  • Conversation is exploratory
  • Client wants help shaping the question
  • A scoping conversation has happened
Two modes
  • Mode A · concept only, no indicative cost
  • Mode B · concept with indicative cost range (never single figure)
Five-section structure (six with Mode B)
  • 01 · The opportunity
  • 02 · How we would think about this
  • 03 · What the work could look like (multiple directions)
  • 04 · A possible engagement rhythm
  • 05 · Where this could go from here
  • 06 · (Mode B only) Indicative resource shape
advisory-hours
/mnt/skills/user/advisory-hours/
Deprecated

Superseded by dttt-advisory-credits in May 2026. The bands architecture is not present in this skill. Retained as historical reference only — do not use for new work.

Content & voice

The universal voice substrate. DTTT house style, British English conventions, tone rules including the May 2026 advisory-grade settlement.

dttt-content-style
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-content-style/
Live

DTTT house style, voice and domain conventions for any written output — articles, newsletters, landing pages, event copy, partner pieces, reports, member communications, social content. Auto-triggers when context suggests DTTT writing.

Covers
  • British English conventions
  • No Oxford comma rule
  • No em dashes (canonical)
  • Tone — substantive, accessible, confident without preachy
  • DTTT-specific terminology
  • AI Transparency Framework canonical description
  • Per-content-type conventions (long-form, newsletter, event, partner, member)
  • Common errors and quick reference checklist
  • Advisory-grade tone settlement (May 2026) — destination management organisations lowercase, no staccato, no salesy contrasts, no trying-too-hard headers, soften commitments, no personal names in body, no explicit renewal selling

Page, web & PDF

HTML, web and PDF artefact builders. dttt-page-design is the general-purpose foundation; the rest are surface-specific (internal web, Intercom integration, session tools) or format-specific (PDF, engagement reports).

dttt-page-design
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-page-design/
Live

Professional HTML page design system for client-facing single-page documents. Output is polished HTML deliverables in DTTT's visual language, suitable for sharing with clients and senior stakeholders.

Triggers on
"client proposal", "dashboard", "briefing page", "engagement overview", "professional HTML", "proposal document".
Relationships
Pre-dates the advisory design system. Some overlap with dttt-advisory-design-system — page-design is more general-purpose, advisory-design-system is the specific advisory practice. When in doubt, use advisory-design-system for advisory work.
dttt-engagement-pdf
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-engagement-pdf/
Live

Produce client-facing engagement report PDFs. Encodes hard-won layout rules to prevent page-break and KeepTogether failures.

Triggers on
"create a report card PDF", "build the client PDF", "engagement report for [client]", any Milestone Update requiring a PDF.
Relationships
Called by dttt-advisory-credits (Step 8) for closure deliverables.
dttt-internal-web
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-internal-web/
Live

Build, update and restructure DTTT's internal-facing web surfaces — the design directory at design.thinkdigital.travel, the intranet at internal.thinkdigital.travel, and any future internal hub. Encodes two posture principles: directory-as-roadmap and naming-as-architecture.

Triggers on
"update the design homepage", "add a system to the directory", "build an intranet page", "publish to internal", or any request that touches a page on the two internal surfaces.
Posture principles
  • Directory as roadmap — Coming Soon entries on the design directory are intentional signals of planned work, not placeholders to be removed
  • Naming as architecture — function-based system names (e.g. Partner Activations) are preferred over form-based names (e.g. Convenings)
  • Always patch live HTML; never reconstruct from scratch
  • Trailing slashes required for sub-page fetches
Relationships
Visual basis shares heritage with dttt-page-design but with a denser, more navigational treatment. Voice from dttt-content-style applies. Skill owns this intranet end-to-end.
dttt-intercom
/mnt/skills/user/dttt-intercom/
Live

Add the DTTT Intercom Messenger to any HTML page, microsite, proposal, session tool, briefing or interactive artefact. Replaces mailto patterns with proper live chat integration.

Triggers on
"add Intercom", "wire up chat", "make it discussable", "let them start a conversation", "add a way to reach us", "branded chat button", or upgrading a previous mailto pattern.
Applies across
Every DTTT surface — proposals, microsites, advisory dashboards, framework pages, session tools, recaps, briefings, internal tools.
leadership-session-tool
/mnt/skills/user/leadership-session-tool/
Live

Build DTTT-style leadership strategy session tools. Two related modes — a live companion used during a 90 to 120 minute leadership discussion, and a rebuilt shareable recap produced afterwards as a permanent record.

Triggers on
"build a session tool for [client]", "produce the recap version", "adapt the leadership session tool", "do a strategy session for [audience]", or any request to convert a live workshop companion into a post-session deliverable.
Two modes
  • Live companion — used during the session itself, interactive and navigable
  • Shareable recap — rebuilt afterwards as a permanent record
Applies to
Any client and any topic, not only LVEP work. Single-file interactive HTML following the established DTTT visual language for senior-leadership engagements.

01 How to add a new skill
  1. Build the skill in /mnt/skills/user/{skill-name}/
  2. Include a SKILL.md with frontmatter (name, description)
  3. Add reference files under references/ if needed
  4. Add canonical examples under examples/ if needed
  5. Test triggering — say what you want and check the skill auto-loads
  6. Update this catalogue with the new entry in the appropriate family, including triggers, key sections, and relationships
  7. Move from the Roadmap page if it was pre-flagged
  8. Update the AI/Skills landing page count
02 How to deprecate a skill
  1. Update the skill's frontmatter description to start with "DEPRECATED."
  2. Add a deprecation notice block at the top of SKILL.md pointing at the replacement
  3. Update this catalogue — move the entry to the Deprecated section of its family
  4. Keep the file in place as historical reference; do not delete

Example: advisory-hours was deprecated in May 2026 in favour of dttt-advisory-credits.

03 How to trigger a skill
Skills auto-load based on what's asked. No slash needed. Trigger phrases live in each skill's description frontmatter. If a skill doesn't load when it should:
  • State the use case clearly — "draft an advisory proposal for X"
  • Explicitly invoke — "use the dttt-advisory-credits skill"
  • Combine — "calculate the credits and produce a PDF" loads both
If a skill triggers when it shouldn't, tune the description frontmatter.
